About Me

Hi, I’m Gina Matos, REALTOR® with Howard Hanna Real Estate Services and proud member of The Henry Team.

I was raised in Franklin and Fairfield County and graduated from Lancaster High School, where I earned Marketing Achievement recognition through DECA — an early foundation in business, strategy, and communication that still guides me today.

Before transitioning into real estate full time, I spent years working in healthcare. That experience shaped my work ethic, strengthened my ability to stay calm under pressure, and deepened my heart for serving others during important life moments. In 2023, I made the decision to pursue real estate full time — combining my passion for marketing, my dedication to people, and my love for our community.

Today, I live in the small village of Thurston with my husband, our two amazing kiddos, and our two Golden Retrievers. Life is full, between being a mom, softball coach, and actively supporting local non-profits — but I truly believe strong families and strong communities go hand in hand. (A little organized chaos is where I do my best work).

Real estate is more than a transaction to me. It’s about helping families plant roots, protecting their investment, and guiding them confidently through one of the biggest decisions of their lives. My marketing background allows me to strategically position homes for maximum exposure, while my healthcare experience keeps me steady, detail-oriented, and client-focused every step of the way.
